By registering an account (via Email, Google, or Phone) or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Platform access is available to creators of all ages who meet local eligibility requirements.

2. User Accounts

To participate, you must create an account using a valid Email, Google Account, or Phone Number. We may use your location to suggest relevant connections ("People You May Know"). You are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. Originality & License

Strict Originality Rule: All submissions must be your own original work. Plagiarism or unauthorized AI-generation (unless specified) result in immediate disqualification.

You retain ownership but grant Crenova a non-exclusive license to display your work for competition purposes.

4. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for:

• Nudity & Sexual Content: Any NSFW material results in an immediate permanent ban.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Any bullying or discriminatory content.
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting violence, fraud, or illegal acts.

6. Security & Liability

We prioritize your safety by using Banking-Grade Encryption and advanced global security layers to protect your data. While we implement these strict safeguards, you acknowledge that no platform can guarantee 100% immunity from external threats, and we cannot be held liable for unforeseen third-party breaches.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
